    Experirnce of women with Vesico vaginal fistula at Kamuzu Central Hospital.

    This document is a qualitative study that intends to explore experiences of women with vesico vaginal Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe. The results that will be obtained will help health practioners to develop a working plan focused on the quality management of VVF as well as problems associated with the condition, it results will also help health managers to train more personnel’s in VVF repair which will increase quality of care to women with VVF. It will also help in developing strategies to prevent the challenges the women face which include psychological support and education of the community as well as the family to end stigma. A convenient sample of 8 participants from gynecological ward at Kamuzu central hospital in Lilongwe. The participants will be women with VVF which has been repaired or not, or those that VVF has reoccurred after repair, any woman who will be admitted in ward 3A with VVF will be eligible to participate in the study. Data will be done manually.
