dc.description.abstractThis document is a qualitative study that is intended to explore the perceptions of Nursing Professionals towards nursing malpractice in Lilongwe. Findings of the study will help to improve nursing practice as it will bring to attention of nurse managers, important information regarding nursing malpractice occurrences. Opportunistic sample of 10 participants from Lilongwe hospitals and Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi will be recruited into the study. The participants will be nurses working in hospitals as well as those nurses working with the Nurses Council as Monitors. Interviews by use of interviews guides will be adopted to collect data from the participants. Data analysis will be done manually using content analysis.en_US
