Rape management is the kind of care that is given to rape victims with an aim of protecting them from developing post rape traumas. Studies that were done outside Malawi have shown that rape victims lack knowledge on the management of rape despite undergoing through the management (Kim, Julia et al. 2007). This qualitative study used an in-depth interview to find out the knowledge attitude and perception of rape victims who have undergone rape management at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital gynecological ward. Ten participants were involved in this study and the data that obtained was analysed manually. The findings of this study will help to fill knowledge gaps that exist in rape victims about their own treatment and in the process change their attitudes and perception towards their treatment.en_US
