dc.description.abstractThis study will be a descriptive qualitative study on factors that contribute to medication administration errors. The findings of the study will help health care providers to come up with strategies that can be put in place in order to reduce medication errors during medication administration on what patients will like to be done when secluding them. The study will be conducted at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital on a sample of 10 Nurses using one to one in1 depth interview. Data will be analysed using content analysis.en_US
