dc.description.abstractThis is a quantitative study which has a purpose of exploring factors leading to low utilization of under-five services by children age 12- 60 months of age at Mwanza District hospital. The study will be conducted in Mwanza district Hospital at the Under-five clinic. A sample will comprise 10 parents or guardians aged 19- 40 who have children of under-five years of age and have come for under-five services. Prior to data collection pretesting of the interview guide will be done at Area 25 health center in order to ensure its validity. Subjects will be selected through purposeful sampling. Data collection will be done using interview guide. Data will be analyzed manually using content analysis. Research findings will be written down and copies of dissertations will be sent to Kamuzu College of Nursing Library and Mwanza District Hospital Office.en_US
